Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay in cash, by bank transfer, or by direct debit. You can pay either the day of the walk or for all the walks you have booked at the beginning of the week. If payment is not received, an invoice will be sent out after 7 days. After this is payment is still not received, late fees will be applied to the total.
Q: Do you charge to reserve a place for my dog if is away?
A: No, as long as you let me know in advance, this is not a problem. Please let me know as soon as you do though so I can make other plans.
Q: Who is responsible for vets bills if my pet gets injured while in your care?
A: Owners are responsible for vet bills incurred whilst the pet is in the care of Wet Nose Walks. It is highly recommended that owners insure their pets so should their pet need to attend the vets, bills are covered.
Q: What times and days do you work, do you charge extra for bank holidays etc?
A: I work Monday-Friday for regular walks. On Saturdays I take ad hoc walking clients and overnights, but Sundays I only take overnights as I have the day off from walking. I tend to offer walks between 9am and 5pm so I have time before and after to do house calls but I can also offer evening walks or early morning walks subject to availability for anyone that may need them. I charge an extra 50% for bank holidays and I do not work Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or Boxing Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day. If you are desperate for cover on any of these days please contact me well in advance and if possible I will see what I can do.
